Local Delivery:

Kmi Supplies local delivery area is 30 miles radius from our Arlington Heights, Illinois location. (Check ship to zip code here to see if your order can be delivered by KMI Supplies trucks)

All orders of less then $350.00 are subject to $17.50 delivery charge.

Orders over $350.00 are delivered free of charge.

All Chicago Public Schools Orders regardless of size are being delivered free of charge.

Shipments via Common Carriers:

Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please contact us.

Depending on some factors, your order may ship with FedEx, UPS or FedEx Freight. If you’ve ordered two or more items, you may receive your order in multiple boxes and on different days. There are no additional charges for split shipments.

Rates are calculated in real time with FedEx's and UPS’s computer systems, using actual weight of items, shipping distance and the published FedEx or UPS rates. In the event that errors or miscalculations may occur in shipping expenses, we reserve the right to correct such mistakes. Your product will be delivered in estimated 3 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.

Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address. Items that are oversized, weighing over 150 pounds, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. We only cover shipping charges to destination addresses; however there may be extra charges for some residential deliveries or lift gate services. The charges will be billed separately and will not be covered by our company.

We will always inform you of any additional freight charges before your order is shipped out.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box. If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please contact our Customer Service.
